1、 FAE Engineer

Job description:

1. Help customers with product selection guidance, use training and problem solving

2. Regular technical communication with R & D department

3. Test the functions of MCU and the preparation of demo program

4. Test compiler software, burner software bug, etc

Qualifications:

1. Major in electronic information engineering and microelectronics.

2. Familiar with assembly language and C language.

3. Good electronic circuit analysis ability and certain hardware skills.

4. Familiar with MCU, can independently complete product development program, familiar with Yilong and Songhan MCU is preferred.

5. Good pressure resistance and learning ability, good at communication.

6. Working experience is preferred.

2、 IC Design Engineer

Job description:

1. Skillfully use EDA software to build circuit diagram and design chip;

2. Master Verilog, VCs, lint, power analysis and other front-end tools;

3. Perform back-end function and timing verification;

4. Assist test engineer to complete chip test and verification;

5. Prepare complete design and verification report.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in microelectronics, electronic engineering and other related majors

2. Master the digital IC design process and mainstream EDA tools, and can independently complete the basic application operations of design, simulation, synthesis, timing analysis and formal verification;

3. Master the design method of EDA drawing schematic circuit diagram; Or proficient in Verilog language, familiar with FPGA design process and related tools.

4. Proficient in identifying, extracting and building circuit diagram structure;

5. Have complete experience in the whole process of chip R & D (design, verification, streaming and mass production), and experience in participating in the design of chips and successful streaming mass production to form sales is preferred;

6. Familiar with MCU architecture, independent 8-bit MCU design ability is preferred.

3、 Layout Design Engineer

Job description:

1. Responsible for CMOS IC Layout Planning and layout design;

2. Communicate effectively with design engineers, assist them to find problems and put forward reasonable suggestions;

3. Verify the modules and chips, including design rule check, layout circuit consistency check and parasitic parameter extraction;

4. Complete the flow of IC streaming data generation

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, unlimited working years; Microelectronics, circuit, electronic science and technology and other related majors.

2. Understand IC design and development process and IC related circuit and process basic knowledge;

3. Familiar with Linux operating system, virtuoso back-end design, calibre and other EDA software, and have an in-depth understanding of verification documents and verification process;

4. Careful, proactive, able to work under pressure, good communication and teamwork skills

4、 Quality Supervisor

Job description:

1、 Process quality engineering:

1. Establish and maintain process quality monitoring system and process to meet the company's quality policy and customer requirements;

2. Evaluate the risk of factory engineering change to ensure that there are no production accidents;

3. Specifically coordinate customer complaints, supervise the implementation of improvement measures, and review 8D reports to reduce the recurrence rate of accidents;

4. Regularly audit the implementation of the quality operation rules of the outsourcing factory, analyze the problems found in the audit, and assist the factory to find solutions to ensure the quality of the factory's production;

5. Monitor the process quality parameters of outsourcing factories, timely point out abnormalities and review relevant improvement measures to ensure production quality;

6. Regularly sort out customer quality related reports, cooperate with external customer audit to meet customer needs;

2、 Quality system management:

1. Assist and coordinate customers' regular or irregular audit to ensure customers' satisfaction with SMIC's quality system / information security system;

2. Assist in completing various customer questionnaires to ensure customer satisfaction with the company's quality system / information security system;

3. Implement the effectiveness audit of the quality management system according to the ISO quality management system;

4. Track the implementation of corrective measures to ensure that abnormal conditions can be handled in time;

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering is preferred;

2. Familiar with quality management system and working experience in ISO quality system (ISO9001, iatf16949, TL9000) is preferred;

3. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred;

4. At least 5 years quality related working experience, semiconductor quality management experience is preferred;

5、 Salesman

Job description:

1. Quickly understand and be proficient in the company's products, and be responsible for the sales of the company's products;

2. Have the ability to tap the sales potential of customer resources, implement the sales plan and achieve the sales target;

3. Understand customer needs, analyze customer pain points, show the advantages of the company's products and services, and provide customers with professional advice and suggestions;

4. Maintain customer relationship, follow up customer follow-up process, sign bills and be responsible for collection;

5. Visit customers regularly and establish long-term cooperative relationship with customers;

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above;

2. Specific IC sales experience is preferred;
