The foundation and core of information industry is integrated circuit industry. It is the industry with the most concentrated knowledge, capital and technology. This is also one of the strategic emerging industries. The most important thing to measure the comprehensive economic strength of a country or region is the level of technology and industrial scale. In less than a decade, Southeast Asian countries and regions have established a leading position in the world in the cutting-edge technology of integrated circuits, which is enough to make us think deeply. According to the research situation of integrated circuit industry at home and abroad, this paper expounds the situation of integrated circuit industry from three aspects: industrial structure, industrial characteristics and industrial business model, analyzes the development status of integrated circuit in the United States, South Korea and Japan, and discusses the development status of China's integrated circuit industry from two aspects: industrial development stage and industrial regional development, Four well-known integrated circuit enterprises at home and abroad are listed. This paper expounds the development of Nanchang Xiaolan integrated circuit industry from three aspects: industrial development status, industrial development policy and industrial development objectives, and makes a SWOT analysis on Xiaolan's development of integrated circuit industry. At present, Nanchang Xiaolan has introduced and invested in well-known integrated circuit enterprises at home and abroad, such as EF group, NXP semiconductor company, Beijing sibico Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Sitong Semiconductor Co., Ltd., and has established supporting policies such as Nanxin fund, Chuang Oriental fund and Xiaolan venture capital fund. Combined with the specific situation of Nanchang Xiaolan, through analysis, this paper puts forward strategic suggestions for the development of Nanchang Xiaolan integrated circuit industry. Although the world economic situation is still uncertain, the development of the global integrated circuit industry is likely to show a cyclical growth recovery.
